Residential Service
If you currently do not have an active account with us, visit our offices during regular business hours and request for start residential water service.

NOTE: If you have two or more residential services, you must complete a Commercial Start Service Form.

Same-Day Service
To request same-day service, (not available on weekends or holidays). Same-day requests incur a fee. See the Service Fees page for more information.

STOP SERVICE

Submit a stop service form to turnoff water service.
Residential Service
To stop residential water service, fill out and submit the Stop Service Form
Please allow two business days to process your stop service request.

Commercial Service
To stop water service for a business, fill out the Commercial Stop Service Form and fax to (702) 258-7165 or mail, Please allow five business days to process your stop service request. Commercial stop requests cannot be processed over the phone.

Deposits and Refunds
The Water District will generate a closing bill a deposit was paid on the account, we'll apply it to the closing bill. If the deposit is more than your final bill, we'll send you a refund check.
